Real change.Real lives.
Every number behind our work represents a person — a child who learned to read, a mother protected from malaria, a woman who started her own business. This is what ZIM Foundation’s impact looks like.

Our impact,
measured honestly
Since our founding in 2021, ZIM Foundation has been building trust through consistent, compassionate action. Every metric here represents a real person, a real outcome, a real story of change in Cameroon.
Moments of impact

Heard from the
communities we serve
The most powerful measure of our impact is the words of those we serve. Here is what community members said after the Mfou Community Health Campaign.
I have never received care like this before. They treated me with respect, explained everything, and gave me medicine for my children too. I will tell everyone in our village about ZIM Foundation.
My husband tested positive for malaria. We had no money for the clinic. They tested him, treated him, and gave us a net — all in one day. We came in worried. We left with hope.
As a community leader, I can say this was the best organised health day we have ever seen. ZIM Foundation did not just come and go. They asked us questions. They listened. They came prepared.
