Love in action.
Lives transformed.
Founded in 2021 in Yaoundé, ZIM Foundation is a Cameroonian humanitarian organisation driven by a singular belief — that every human being deserves dignity, opportunity, and care, regardless of circumstance.
From a calling
to a movement.
ZIM Foundation — Zion International Movement — was born from a conviction that communities, when supported and empowered, have the capacity to transform themselves. Our founder, Pastor Mboyam John Ndifor, established the organisation in Yaoundé, Cameroon, with a small team and an unwavering belief in the power of compassionate, consistent action.
From our very first Christmas outreach in December 2021 to our landmark Mfou Community Health Campaign in April 2026, we have grown steadily — deepening partnerships, expanding our team, and reaching more communities across the Centre Region.
Today, ZIM Foundation holds a Declaration of Association (N°000401/ARDA/J06/ALPAS/APPB, 17 March 2026) conferred by the Senior Divisional Officer for Mfoundi Division, granting the organisation full legal personality to operate across Cameroon.
Guided by purpose in everything we do
A Cameroon where every community has the resources to thrive — in health, education, and opportunity.
We envision vibrant, self-sustaining communities across Cameroon where no individual is left behind due to poverty, illness, or lack of opportunity. Our vision guides every decision we make.
Improving the situation of vulnerable populations through education, healthcare, economic empowerment, sustainable development, and social justice.
Through direct programs, strategic partnerships, and community-led action, ZIM Foundation delivers sustainable, measurable impact — always with the community at the centre.
Community-centred, always
We work alongside communities, not for them. Every campaign begins with listening, every program is shaped by need, and every outcome is measured by real human impact.
What we stand for
Transparent & accountable
Holding a Declaration of Association from the Mfoundi Division, we uphold the highest standards of transparency. Every franc donated is tracked, reported, and directed to programs that create real, lasting change.
ZIM Foundation
A pastor with a vision
for every community
Pastor Mboyan John Ndifor founded ZIM Foundation in 2021 in Yaoundé, Cameroon, following a deeply held conviction that faith and action must go hand in hand. With a background in pastoral ministry and community leadership, he built ZIM Foundation to be a bridge — connecting vulnerable communities with the healthcare, education, and economic resources they deserve.
Under his leadership, ZIM Foundation has grown from its first Christmas food donation at Grace Divin Orphanage in 2021, to educational outreaches in 2024, and now to landmark health campaigns reaching hundreds of beneficiaries in a single day — with a formally recognised legal standing across Cameroon.
Our core values
We approach every community, every beneficiary, and every partner with genuine care. Compassion is not just a word for us — it is the foundation of every action we take.
We operate with full transparency in our finances, our partnerships, and our community relationships. Every donor, partner, and beneficiary can trust that ZIM Foundation means what it says.
We design programs for lasting impact, not short-term relief. Our goal is to leave every community stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to face the future independently.
We believe in equal dignity for all. Our programs actively prioritise the most marginalised — women, children, the elderly, and those in rural or conflict-affected areas of Cameroon.
We achieve more together. By collaborating with community leaders, health institutions, government bodies, and NGOs, we amplify our impact far beyond what any one organisation could accomplish alone.
We hold our programs, our people, and our communications to the highest standard — because the communities we serve deserve nothing less than our very best effort, every time.
Recognised by the
communities we serve
From our first act of giving in December 2021, ZIM Foundation has earned the trust and formal recognition of communities, partner organisations, and the Cameroonian state.
