Financial Transparency & Accountability
ZIM FOUNDATION (Zion International Movement) is committed to responsible financial management, transparency, and accountability in accordance with its statutes and Cameroonian law.
Sources of Funds
The financial resources of the Foundation are derived from:
- Membership registration fees
- Annual member contributions
- Income from approved activities
- Donations, grants, and voluntary support
Financial Management
- All funds of the Foundation are deposited into an official bank account opened in the name of ZIM FOUNDATION.
- Any withdrawal or financial transaction requires two authorized signatures:
- The President & Founder
- The Treasurer
- Funds are used strictly to support the objectives of the Foundation and its approved activities.
Oversight & Reporting
- The Treasurer prepares financial reports and presents them during:
- Monthly Executive Bureau meetings
- Ordinary General Assembly sessions
- The General Assembly has exclusive authority to:
- Approve financial reports
- Grant or refuse management clearance (quitus)
- Sanction mismanagement
