Built on love.
Driven by purpose.
Every great organisation begins with a moment of recognition — a clear-eyed understanding of a need that must be met. ZIM Foundation began with exactly that: showing up for children on Christmas Eve with food, warmth, and care.
ZIM Foundation — the Zion International Movement — was born from a conviction that communities across Cameroon deserve more than good intentions. They deserve consistent, reliable, and compassionate action.
Founded in 2021 in Yaoundé by Pastor Mboyam John Ndifor, the Foundation was built at the intersection of two powerful forces: the founder's professional background as a banker, entrepreneur, and founder of CWEDC Consultancy, and his pastoral commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of society.
From its first visit to Grace Divin Orphanage on Christmas Eve 2021 — delivering 100,000 FCFA of food to children — to educational support at Saint Rita of Cascia Orphanage in August 2024, and the landmark Mfou Community Health Campaign of April 2026, ZIM Foundation has grown steadily and purposefully.
Today, ZIM Foundation holds an official Declaration of Association (N°000401/ARDA/J06/ALPAS/APPB) issued on 17 March 2026 by the Senior Divisional Officer for Mfoundi Division, conferring full legal personality on the organisation.

Banker · Entrepreneur · Community Leader · Founder of CWEDC Consultancy · President, ZIM Foundation
The man who
dared to believe.
Pastor Mboyam John Ndifor is a professional banker, entrepreneur, and community leader based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He is the founder and managing director of the Community Wealth and Enterprise Development Center (CWEDC) Consultancy Firm — an organisation focused on financial literacy, enterprise development, and economic empowerment.
With deep roots in both the financial sector and pastoral leadership, Pastor Ndifor occupies a rare intersection: he understands systems, resources, and strategy — but his driving motivation is the wellbeing of people who are often left behind by both.
ZIM Foundation is his expression of that dual identity. Not a charity project born from pity, but a strategic commitment to sustainable community change — one programme, one partnership, and one community at a time. Under his leadership, ZIM Foundation has carried out outreaches to two orphanages, earned written recognition from each, conducted Cameroon's Centre Region's most impactful community health campaign, and received official Declaration of Association status.
Our core values
These are not statements on a wall. They are the principles that guide every program decision, every partnership, and every franc we spend in the field.
Every initiative begins and ends with the community. We do not impose solutions — we listen, learn, and co-create responses to real, documented needs.
Every person we serve — regardless of their circumstance — is treated with full respect and dignity. Our programs are designed to empower, not to patronise.
We publish what we do, what we spend, and what results we achieve. Our donors, partners, and communities deserve complete honesty — always.
We do not chase numbers. We build programs designed to create lasting change — strengthening institutions, skills, and community capacity that outlives any single campaign.
At ZIM Foundation, love is not a slogan. It is the reason we show up, the reason we stay, and the reason our community partners call us back again.
Our 2026 Mfou Campaign achieved a 100% positive recommendation rate. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of care and professionalism in everything we deliver.

Understanding
Cameroon
Cameroon is a nation of extraordinary diversity — 10 regions, over 280 ethnic groups, and a dual Francophone-Anglophone heritage. It is a country of tremendous potential and equally significant challenges.
The Centre Region, where ZIM Foundation is headquartered, is home to the capital Yaoundé and surrounding semi-urban communities like Mfou — areas where healthcare access remains limited, malaria prevalence is high, and educational opportunities are unequally distributed.
ZIM Foundation exists precisely at this intersection: close enough to the communities to understand their real needs, and equipped enough to respond with meaningful, structured programs.
51 of 152 patients tested positive for malaria during ZIM Foundation's Mfou 2026 campaign — confirming malaria as the leading health threat in the community.
Women represent the majority of community health seekers and family health decision-makers — making women a priority in all ZIM Foundation programs.
Cameroon's diversity means effective community programs must be culturally sensitive, locally trusted, and led by people who belong to those communities.
Across all ZIM Foundation programs since 2021 — 22 children with educational materials (2024) and 152 community members with free healthcare (2026).
